Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. Each appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure a considered experience. If you arrive more then 5 minutes ahead of your booking and the chair is unoccupied, please note this time may be intentionally allocated for preparation, rest, or administrative work, rather than an earlier commencement. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations will NOT be accepted through SOCIAL MEDIA platforms as they are not all monitored and you will be at risk of being charged. All cancellations should be done through your account, if you're within the 24hrs policy you will not be able to cancel on your account and should let us know by emailing: MJ_BARBERS@hotmail.com
If your hair hasn't been cut for nearly 10 weeks or more please select a restyle to allow extra time for the extra growth. Anything that requires more detail or time will incur a extra charge.
