All customers will now be asked to add a card to their account when making an appointment.
Your card will NOT be charged unless you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or you do not show up to your appointment.
Cancellation, Reschedule & No show policy: You will be charged 100% of your appointment cost cancelling or rescheduling with less then 24 hours notice & also in the event of not showing up. If you are late you risk not being able to have the service you booked and will still be charged. (If multiple appointments have been missed you will be asked to prepay when booking)
You will not be able to cancel or move your appointment within the 24hr cancellation policy without a charge. Adjustments to your appointment can only be made on your account if you are outside of the 24hr policy. If for any reason a payment isn't made in the events listed above you will not be able to book a future appointment until the payment has been made. (Please do not use social media for cancellation requests)
