Cancellation, Reschedule & No show policy: 

You will be charged 100% of your appointment cost cancelling or rescheduling with less then 24 hours notice & not showing up. A payment link will be sent to you via email to pay the cancellation or no show fee. Your account will be suspended and you will not be able to make future bookings until the payment has been made. If you are late you risk not being able to have the service you booked and still be charged.
If you have missed appointments on your account, when making a future booking you will be asked to make a pre payment which will be 100% of the appointment price to secure your booking, which is non refundable and can not be carried forward to a future booking if you do not show up or cancel / reschedule within the 24hr cancellation policy. You will not be able to cancel or move your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation policy without a charge, adjustments can only be made to your appointment on your account outside of the 24hr policy. 
New customers / New registrations will be asked to prepay for the appointment when making a booking which will be non-refundable within the 24hr notice cancellation policy.
